About these terms
You may need to find a professional for your plumbing or heating requirements. Plumbers Swindon helps you by matching your request with a local specialist. We operate as a lead-matching service for people in Swindon and nearby areas.
This includes villages like Wroughton, Highworth, and Purton. We also cover Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Wanborough, and Broad Blunsdon. Because we focus on these specific locations, we can find suitable help for you.
However, we do not perform the work ourselves. Instead, we connect you with a pre-qualified plumber for your specific job. You can find more details on how to get in touch.
Using this website
This website provides information about our matching service for plumbing, heating, and drainage tasks. You should read these terms of use to understand how we operate. While we aim for clarity, these terms govern your use of this site.
For example, you must use this site for its intended purpose only. Although we facilitate this connection, we are not a plumbing company.
We do not provide the actual plumbing or drainage services. Instead, we pass your enquiry to a local provider. However, prices depend on the job and the specific plumber. Therefore, you should verify all details with your professional.
This ensures you have the correct information for your specific project. We help you find someone who covers your area and your specific job type.
Enquiries
You can submit your details through our online enquiry form. Once you send an enquiry, we check the details of your request. We then match your job with one pre-qualified local plumber in your area.
This plumber will contact you directly to discuss the work. Because this is a matching service, an enquiry does not create a contract. Any agreement for actual plumbing work happens directly between you and the plumber.
You remain under no obligation to go ahead with any person. You can discuss specific methods or costs with them. For instance, you should ask about their specific working methods.
You should also ask about their insurance or credentials. You must confirm these details in writing before you start any work. This process protects your interests during the project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of use from time to time. This happens because rules or services might change. We will post any updates on this page.
You should check this page periodically to stay informed. Although we try to keep things simple, the wording might change. As a result, you should always read these terms before using the service.
